De AR-5700D combineert 3 apparaateigenschappen in één:

- het frequentiebereik van 9 kHz -3700 MHz en uitstekende kenmerken van de AR-5001D

- het decoderen van digitale signalen van de AR-DV1

- en een 2 MHz brede I/O gegevensuitvoer van de I/O optie.
